Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site or app.

By using this app or site, you signify your assent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use Gliblio.

Your access to and use of the Gliblio mobile application and website (collectively, the "Gliblio Platform") is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws. Use of the Gliblio Platform and related Services (as defined below) is also subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By accessing or browsing Gliblio, you accept, without limitation, these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Gliblio's Content Policy

AI-Generated Content

Gliblio allows AI-generated images, creative works, edits, and enhancements. Users must accurately label posts that are:

• fully AI-generated, or
• partially AI-generated, or
• edited or modified using AI tools.

AI art is fully permitted in portfolios, profiles, and community posts.

We do not terminate or punish users for posting AI content, unless:

• The content violates copyright laws,
• The content is harmful, illegal, or abusive,
• The content is misleadingly presented as someone else's work.

NSFW Content

To keep the platform safe for all ages, Gliblio does not allow NSFW, sexual, or explicit content of any kind.

Platform Integrity

Actions meant to deceive, mislead, or circumvent Gliblio's policies may result in account restrictions, including:

• strikes,
• temporary suspension,
• or permanent ban (for repeated violations).

Inviting users who repeatedly violate policies may result in a strike on the inviter's account. Gliblio retains the right to adjust policies as the platform grows.

Content Ownership

• All artworks, photos, graphics, and other user-generated content posted on Gliblio remain the property of the creator ("Artist").
• You grant Gliblio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, promote, and host your content within the app and for related promotional purposes.
• You may not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy/publicity rights.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rules

Unless otherwise stated:

• All Gliblio trademarks, branding, logos, and platform assets belong to Gliblio.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, or used commercially without the creator's permission.
• You may download and view content solely for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly allowed by the creator.
• Unauthorized scraping, downloading, or mass-copying of images is prohibited.

Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer

While Gliblio strives to provide accurate, safe, and stable services, we:

• make no guarantee of accuracy,
• assume no responsibility for errors or omissions,
• and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

All materials on Gliblio are provided "as is" without any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Security

Gliblio uses commercially reasonable efforts to secure data. However:

• no online system is 100% secure,
• unauthorized access is always a risk,
• and users accept this risk by using the platform.

Use of Gliblio is at your own risk.

Code of Conduct

Users must follow Gliblio's rules to maintain a respectful, creative community. You agree NOT to:

• Use unauthorized automation, scraping tools, or bots.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the platform.
• Use Gliblio to promote hate, harassment, violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
• Upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others, including Gliblio staff.
• Publish misleading content or engage in spam.

Violation may result in account suspension or removal.

Username and Profile Rules

You may not use a username or profile that:

• impersonates another person,
• includes hateful, abusive, or obscene language,
• infringes trademarks or publicity rights,
• encourages criminal or harmful activity.

Gliblio may change or remove usernames or profiles at its discretion.

Account Termination

Gliblio may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate copyrights or intellectual property,
• repeatedly violate community rules,
• upload illegal or harmful content,
• abuse platform features.

Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

Copyright / DMCA Policy

Gliblio respects intellectual property and follows standard copyright laws. If you believe your work is infringed, you may submit a DMCA notice with:

• Your signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing content
• Contact information
• A good-faith statement
• A statement under penalty of perjury

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

International Data Transfers

By using Gliblio, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers located in other countries. Gliblio ensures data protection consistent with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Gliblio, its owners, and its operators shall not be liable for:

• direct,
• indirect,
• incidental,
• punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

If your jurisdiction does not allow some exclusions, they may not apply to you.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of Gliblio constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
