Gliblio is a social and creative platform where artists, designers, creators, freelancers, and other users can share creative work, discover other users, follow accounts, interact with posts, and participate in a creative community.
Gliblio Jobs provides job and opportunity-related features that allow companies to post opportunities and allow creators, freelancers, and other users to discover and apply for jobs.
We take privacy, creative ownership, and user trust seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
By using Gliblio or Gliblio Jobs, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We aim to collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
A. Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:

- Password or authentication information needed to secure your account
- Optional information such as bio, website, profession, skills, or other profile information
B. Content You Upload or Post
When you use Gliblio, you may choose to upload or publish:

- Other information you voluntarily include with your content
We may process basic technical information such as file type, size, dimensions, and upload time. Gliblio does not ask for GPS coordinates when you upload content.

This refers only to activity within Gliblio — not from your external Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other accounts.

- Technical identifiers and basic diagnostic information
- Information about how the service is accessed and used
Gliblio Jobs Information
When you use Gliblio Jobs, we may collect:
- Job titles, descriptions, categories, and required skills
- Company-provided information and external contact links
- Saved jobs and jobs you apply to
- Application-related information you choose to submit
How We Use Information
We may use information collected to:
- Create and manage accounts
- Provide, operate, and improve our services
- Display posts, artwork, graphics, and other content
- Allow users to follow and interact with one another

Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
AI-Assisted Software Development
AI-assisted development tools may sometimes be used by our team to help with coding, debugging, documentation, or maintenance.
AI Features Within Gliblio
Gliblio does not currently use generative AI to create content on behalf of users, nor to analyze users' artwork for AI-generated content.
AI Training and User Content
Content Moderation
Gliblio's content moderation is currently handled through human/manual review and platform rules. We do not use generative AI to automatically review users' artwork for content moderation.
Sharing Your Information
We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when reasonably necessary.
Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for cloud hosting, authentication, security, content delivery, email, error monitoring, and other services to operate Gliblio.
Legal Requirements

- To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents

Business Transfers
If Gliblio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Analytics and Technical Services
Gliblio may use technical services to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the platform. These services may process limited technical information such as device information, diagnostics, and performance data.
We do not provide user artwork or private user data to technical service providers unless reasonably necessary for the service they provide.
Embedded YouTube Videos
Gliblio allows users to share YouTube video links. When a valid YouTube link is shared, the video may be displayed using YouTube's official embedded player. The video remains hosted and controlled by YouTube — Gliblio does not upload or independently host YouTube videos.
When you interact with an embedded YouTube player, YouTube or Google may collect device, browser, usage, and cookie information according to their own policies.
Gliblio is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with YouTube or Google.
Content Ownership and Licensing
In order to operate Gliblio, you grant Gliblio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process your content as reasonably necessary to provide the services — including displaying it in your profile, feeds, search results, and recommendations.
This license does not transfer ownership of your creative work to Gliblio.
You remain responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Public and Private Content
Depending on your account and privacy settings, content you post may be visible to other Gliblio users or the public.
If you make your account or a particular feature private, we will apply the applicable privacy settings to that content.
Your Choices and Controls
Depending on the features available to you, you may be able to:
- Update your account information and edit your profile
- Change available privacy settings
- Make your account private
- Control who can follow or interact with you
- Edit or delete posts
- Delete your account
- Report content or accounts
- Contact us regarding privacy concerns
If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and other legitimate reasons for retaining certain information.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud.
When information is no longer required for legitimate purposes, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure — including access controls, authentication, secure infrastructure, and encryption where appropriate.

Gliblio does not control the privacy practices of third-party services. Users should review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
Age Requirements and Children's Privacy
Gliblio is intended for users 13 years of age and older, subject to any higher minimum age requirements that may apply under the laws of the country or region where the user lives.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Gliblio in violation of applicable law, please contact us.
International Data
Gliblio may use infrastructure or service providers located in countries other than the country where you live. As a result, information may be processed or stored internationally, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
